When you are homesick - just go there! all food was fresh and delicious! Salads like at home, portions are good size. 3 people felt full from 2 pm till the rest of the day!!! def will visit again!

The food has the best taste ever but it’s just such a very bad service for how long it takes for them to prepare the food and to get it delivered, it’s just normal to wait 2 hours and a half to get your food.

We have been ordering food for three years.We love dumplings with potatoes, pancakes with chicken and mushrooms, chicken soup and potato pancakes. Plus always delicious and fresh honey cake 💖 we live next door so delivery is always super fast.Thank you for the delicious Slavic cuisine we sometimes miss.

Ordered olivier and crab. Olivier was completely without pickles, crab chopped into huge pieces, with a bunch of huge pieces of tasteless cucumbers and almost no corn. It was not tasty, the level of a roadside cafe in Russia

The food is always late. Today was the last time when i ordered from this place. My order is late for more then 1 hours and when i called to the restaurant i was told that the food wasn't even prepared for my order. Lady on the phone said that she will send my order in 15 min like it's not enough that im waiting more then an hour. No apologises was given she just cut the line when i told her that i want to cancel my order. Brilliant service!

It was my third time I think to order food, in all cases they was late for 2-3 hours and always have excuses, they even not offering complimentary to such long waiting. I wanted give them chance but always same late delivery. And food honestly not deserve even 1 star 🤷🏻‍♀️

Ordered vegetarian salad. First one came with tuna, they sent me a new one. New one came with chicken. Now poor girl has no idea what to do. Suggested me to take chicken out of salad. I said it’s 10pm and i am going to sleep, and the only option is to return my money. She still is seeking for manager, since it’s been half an hour and she doesn’t know what to do. No one is picking up phone. Service level zero. Can’t wait to take it further.

The worst Russian, or overall worst restaurant in Dubai. Bad food, bad portions, very poor service. And the floor ingredients are really bad. Couldn't even finish the food because of how bad it was. Yikes!

Very bad service , we order and it took around 2:30 hour and when we call again they said we will not deliver the food , as i am taking food from them for free or what ?? If you cant handle the delivery system just close it

Really really good food! Although only tried Chicken Kijev (which is huge) and Pulov (also quite a big portion) but very happy with the taste, and so cheap! Wouldnt order a desert as once ordered a Honey Cake n i think they dont cook it in the restaurant, even though it was tasty, but I can get the same cake from the supermarket. Other than that really happy with the food, price, delivery time! Cant wait to try new things! Thanks 😊

Delicious food, great atmosphere, charming and attentive staff. Constantly busy. Not too fancy but very clean and the meals were reasonably priced.

Very bad service. I took take away order expecting to be ready on promised 45 minutes, but after waiting hour and a half decided to call the restaurant. Restaurant manager was extremely rude through the phone when asked for a small discount. The response was that we should cancel the order if we don’t like it, and hung up the phone. Heavily not recommend the restaurant for any future clients!

Herring under coat was disgusting, by the way, no herring was detected there. Pelmeni is quite fine, Memosa is even good. Shurpa was so-so.

The worst ever delivery. More than 4 hours to deliver the order to the nearest Cluster. Absolutely stupid receptionist.

We ordered in last night and the food was just disguisting. Herring with boiled potatoes was awful: potatoes undercooked, herring wasn’t even fresh sort of dried out, tonnes of lemon on too- which should never even be there.Napoleon cake was hard and its cream seemed to be just pure butter. Yuk. This place doesnt offer russian cuisine and the quality of food is extremely poor. Avoid! Suvoroff and skazka are not ideal but definitely better.

So, worst Russian restaurant here in Dubai is Skazka, In Pushkin things goes better, but service and food should be definitely improved. They can’t make plov for example or grills, only samosa and soups are good, don’t even try to order something else, you will be disappointed 100%.. so, I love this place only for samsa and soups, for others I order from Uzbegim

Wanted to have Russian food for a birthday celebration with people who never tried it Highly disappointed. Ordered pasta with basil in red sauce - received pasta + feta cheese cubes + lettuce + 2 Cheri tomatoes and no salt in it. Delivery was suppose to be in 55 mins. It arrived 45 mins late. Driver had wrong info. Olive salad in description said it has meat but when we tried it - it's chicken. So not happy with the order. I'm sure there are better Russian restaurants in Dubai

I ORDERED FROM PUSHKIN ABOUT TWO MONTHS AGO. THE FOOD CAME MORE THAN ONE HOUR LATE!!! TOTALLY COLD AND NOT VERY TASTY. I WRITE A COMPLAIN BUT DIDN'T GET ANY RESPONSE NOT EVEN SIMPLE APOLOGIZE. MOST ANNOYING IS FACT THEY'RE REGULARLY SENDING ME WHATSAPP MESSAGES IN RUSSIAN LANGUAGE!!!

The absence of any distinct interior, something incomprehensible from the 90s. Dishes, what they ordered, do not inspire at all. Prices are not that small. Try Russian cuisine somewhere else, better in Russia.
